'We have just come back from a lovely 10 day break at the mc William hotel. We have been staying there since 2006 every year. The staff are fabulous. From the easy booking in process by Jeff, the warm welcome at the desk and every day. The house keeping staff are excellent and are very kind and caring making sure you have everything you need in your room especially Martina and Christina.
