Family Stay - 2 adults & 2 children aged under 6 - Northcorkbird on Tripadvisor
"Used Claremorris as our base for a week while travelling around Mayo. We had good sized family room; nothing was too much trouble for the staff - got good family outing recommendations from staff on reception and thought the staff in bar were very good. The pool was fab - kids loved it. Also kids club went down a bomb. Girls working there were very good - she couldnt wait to go most evenings",
Short Break - Mddermott family on Tripadvisor
"We recently took a short break ( 2 adults + 3 Kids) to mayo and stayed at the McWilliam Hotel . Mayo is such a beautiful part of our little country to visit and we really enjoyed it. The hotel was fantastic, our room was spacious and spotless, the staff were very friendly, especially with the children. Great activities for the children , from the kids club to the gorgeous pool and the fairy garden. Live music played in the bar each night also to entertain the adults. We ate in both the bar food restaurant and the restaurant its self and the food was great. Great value for money and plenty of choice, and breakfast each morning was spot on. The town its self has a beautiful family walk and play park for the kids which we spent hours in . We also did a boat trip with corrib cruises to Inchagoill Island where St Patrick had built a church , and it was amazing . We were entertained by an elderly gentleman playing music and singing on the trip and it was fantastic. It does not get an more Irish than a trip like that.
Would highly recommend this hotel."
